Finance Associate
The Finance Associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the finances of CRCC are maintained in accordance with the vision, mission, and values of CRCC. Under the direction of the Finance Director, to plan, organize and perform finance ministry related work as required.
Volunteer Developer
The Volunteer Developer at Christ the Rock Community Church serves as a shepherd, leader, and protector—walking with volunteers from their first steps of interest to a place of confident, fruitful service. Rooted in the truth that “we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works” (Ephesians 2:10), this role combines relational discipleship with operational excellence. The Volunteer Developer helps people discover their God-given calling and equips them to serve with joy and purpose.
Youth Ministry Director
The Youth Ministry Director for CRCC has the responsibility of teaming with families in bringing up youth in the Christian faith; this is a vital ministry in the church. The Youth Ministry Director establishes and oversees an effective youth ministry to the church and works to provide an outreach to the youth of the community as well as other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
